Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7.00 on all U.S. orders.
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Kiki's Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by USPS, Kiki's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to initiate a claim.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Undergarments

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
